Bottomless Brunch at Colman's: Celebrate The Holidays With A Baileys Hot Chocolate

Well things may be feeling a bit weird right now, but you know what warms the heart? Joy! And there's a whole lot of it in the most recent episode of Bottomless Brunch with Colman. For this special Broadway episode featuring the legendary Chita Rivera, Ephraim Sykes, and Danielle Brooks, he's turning to chocolate, peppermint, and Baileys Original Irish Cream to spread some holiday cheer. Check out the recipe below! 
2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
2 teaspoons hot chocolate powder
6 oz milk
½ oz peppermint syrup
Garnish: a dollop of whipped cream
Garnish: peppermint stick crumbles
Step 1:
Add 2 teaspoons hot chocolate powder to your favorite mug
Step 2: Add 6 ounces of hot milk and stir to make hot chocolate
Step 3: Add 1⁄2 ounce of peppermint syrup
Step 4: Add 1 1⁄2 ounces of Bailey’s and stir
Step 5: Cover with a dollop of fresh whipped cream
Step 6: Garnish with peppermint stick crumbles
