Los Pollos Hermanos Employee Training Wins Emmy for Best Short Form Series
Gus Fring knows how to run a business -- and how to win Emmys! AMC's Los Pollos Hermanos Employee Training web series won the Emmy for Outstanding Short Form Comedy or Drama Series at Sunday's Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
The 10-part digital series, which celebrated the return of Gustavo Fring for the third season of Better Call Saul, featured Giancarlo Esposito in his signature role, doling out tips on how to run a successful business and how to thrive as part of the Los Pollos Hermanos team. Better Call Saul was honored with 10 nominations this year, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (Bob Odenkirk), Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (Jonathan Banks), Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series (Vince Gilligan) and Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series (Gordon Smith), Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series for the episodes “Chicanery” and “Witness“, Outstanding Music Supervision and Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series (One Hour).
