Whoever said a spa experience needs to be relaxing?

While traveling through New York City, Norman stops by a Russian & Turkish Bath House with longtime friend and club owner, Nur Khan. The hidden gem is over a hundred years old, and has seen multiple celebrities come through its doors. However, it's certainly a no-frills establishment.

"You ever see the movie Saw? It kinda has that vibe in there," Norman says before he goes in for some "old school rejuvenation" -- which involves being beaten by a bushel of oak leaves soaked in olive oil soap.

"I feel like that one sock that gets lost in the washing machine," Norman says.
