Bottomless Brunch at Colman's: Here's How You Make a Rum Punch Cocktail

On this week's Bottomless Brunch at Colman's, special guests DJ Jazzy Jeff and Patti LaBelle join Colman to celebrate the Fourth of July with lots of Philadelphia pride and a Rum Punch cocktail. This classic drink brings together the brightness of pineapple and orange, with the warmth of a spiced rum. Here's how you make it:

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum
  • 2½ oz Pineapple juice
  • 1½ oz Orange juice
  • Orange wedge

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add 2 1⁄2 ounces of Fresh Pineapple Juice to the ice-filled highball
  3. Add 1 1⁄2 ounces of Fresh Orange Juice
  4. Add 1 1⁄2 ounces Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  5. Stir with metal straw
  6. Garnish with an orange wedge
