(“SWEEPSTAKES”)

OFFICIAL RULES 
(“RULES”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING THE SWEEPSTAKES.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS ARE PROVIDING THEIR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO FACEBOOK.

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (as defined in Section 4 below) accept and agree to be bound by these Rules. Any violation of these Rules by Entrants may, at Sponsor's discretion, result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT and ends on June July 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

2. SPONSORS: AMC Network Entertainment LLC (“Sponsor”), 11 Penn Plaza, NY, NY 10001.

3. ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (i.e., FIFTY [50] STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA) WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF PRIMARY RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY (all eligible entrants shall be referred to herein as “Entrants,” and each an “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its promotional partners (including, without limitation, Sweepstakes administrators, digital agencies and independent judging agencies), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies, or web masters/suppliers, and their IRS dependents, immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. By participating, Entrants hereby agree to these Rules and acknowledge that the decisions of Sponsor in relation to the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes shall be void wherever prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes through Facebook. Accordingly, Entrants will need a Facebook account to participate. 

Limited to one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such person, account or e-mail address and may constitute tampering.

If Entrants don’t already have a Facebook account, visit https://www.facebook.com/reg/ to create one. Creating an account is free, but Entrants must agree to Facebook’s terms of service and privacy policy (including use of cookies) to create an account. 

To enter the Sweepstakes on Facebook, Entrants must: (1) follow the official Acorn TV Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/OfficialAcornTV/) and (2) leave a comment on the post announcing the Sweepstakes (available at: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BRYt2Dz97/) saying their favorite moment, outfit, character, or something else they love from Season 1 of “You’re Killing Me,” during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries containing any inappropriate or offensive language, unreleased “spoilers” or any other content, language, display, materials and/or images that are or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable, offensive or otherwise not in accordance with these Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Only Entries recorded through Facebook’s servers will be considered and Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may not receive Entries from users with private or protected accounts, due to Facebook’s privacy policy, and such Entries will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same account. Entries must be manually key stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or Entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete or inappropriate Entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Entries must be made by an individual person and cannot be generated by a group, bot or other automated means. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any Entry or Entrant which violates any of these Rules, the terms of service, community agreement, or privacy policy of Facebook, or Sponsor.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about July 6, 2026, the Winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will receive a direct message from Sponsor at the Facebook account Potential Winner used to participate in the Sweepstakes confirming that they have been selected to be the Winner and requesting the individual’s contact and mailing information (“Notification”). Potential Winner must respond to Sponsor’s Notification within forty-eight (48) hours, or the Prize (as defined below) will be forfeited. If Potential Winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the Notification, or if the Notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to Potential Winner, such Potential Winner will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for any Entry that is lost, intercepted or otherwise not received by Sponsor. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Rules, determining the Winner, and awarding of the Prize.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND REDEMPTION CONDITIONS: There will one (1) winner (“Winner”), who will win one (1) script from “You’re Killing Me” Season 1, signed by Brooke Shields (collectively, the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, all other details in connection with the Prize (i.e., episode of script, etc.) will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; no preferences from Winner on episode of script, etc. will be accommodated by Sponsor.

The Total Estimated Retail Value of the Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

The Prize will be awarded within approximately four (4) weeks of Winner’s complete response to the Notification as required under Section 5 herein. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the Prize with another of comparable or greater value. Sponsor will not replace a lost or stolen Prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of its Prize.

7. PUBLICITY: Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents and designees to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute for any purpose, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including, without limitation, print, internet and social media, television, and radio), Winner’s name, city, social media “handle,” biographical information, voice, image or likeness, each in perpetuity without further compensation, credit, or right of review or approval, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant releases, discharges and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and any other party associated with the development, or administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, affiliated entities, successors and assigns (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes in any way. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes a release by Winner of the Sponsor Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes and the use, misuse, or possession of the Prize, including any claims for personal injury or otherwise relating in any way to the receipt of the services or the usage of the products awarded through the Sweepstakes. 

9. FORCE MAJEURE; DISCLAIMER/INTERNET: If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, tampering and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process and/or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select Potential Winner from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to abuse, threaten, or harass other entrants. CAUTION: Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent of the law. The Sponsor Entities (i) assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in acquisition, operation, or transmission of communications, line failure relating to theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; (ii) are not responsible for any problems relating to, or technical malfunction of, any communications network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or communications service provider, computer or other equipment, hardware, software, failure of any entry information to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion of any communications system on the internet, or at any website, or (iii) any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading of any materials in the Sweepstakes. 

10. CLAIM/CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the State of New York. All Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of the Sweepstakes or these Rules. Any and all claims, judgments and awards in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with such Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

11. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by Entrants to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.amcglobalmedia.com/privacy-policy/, in addition to the respective privacy policy of  Facebook, as applicable.

12. WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Winner’s Name” to: “You’re Killing Me Signed Script Sweepstakes” c/oAMC Networks Entertainment LLC, 11 Penn Plaza, NY, NY 10001 within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
