AMC Networks along with Stareable Fest 2021, the premier annual web series and indie TV festival, announced the three finalists selected in AMC's Best Female Creator category at this year's fourth annual event. 
Following a successful partnership in 2020, AMC once again teamed with Stareable and sponsored the prize for the best female creator category. To be eligible to win, the majority of the show’s creator/director/producer team must be made up of women. The three lucky finalists not only have the chance to join AMC Networks’ team as writers, directors and producers, but their content may also be considered for acquisition by AMCN for its various streaming platforms.
There are more than 30 Official Selections at Stareable Fest this year, representing the next generation of web series and television talent from around the world. Among these selections, AMC Networks selected the following creators and their projects as finalists for its award:
Story of You by Raleigh Cain (Drama) 
Gute Monster / Good Monsters by Julia Zimth (Dramedy) 
if I'm alive next week... by Jennifer Morris (Comedy)

All festival Official Selections will be considered for meetings with industry executives as part of the Stareable Fest Marketplace. In past years, award winners have been acquired by major networks, studios, and platforms.
The online/virtual festival will provide opportunities for talented creators to meet and engage with top industry executives. This year's event will take place October 14-17, and tickets can be purchased here. Attendees will enjoy screenings, workshops, panels, an industry marketplace, a live pitch competition, and an awards ceremony honoring the best creators and talent in the business.
