When Hector asked Nacho about his father’s business with the intent of running his own within it, Nacho didn’t waste any time trying to swap out Hector's heart pills and eliminate that threat. Although he risked his life to swap Hector’s actual pills with the ones that he created, it seems Nacho's plan hasn't worked -- and he's out of time.

On the Season 3 finale, Hector scopes out Nacho's father's shop and the two men finally come face-to-face. Needless to say, there is a healthy dose of tension in the room.
