This week, Peter Gould talks Season 2 with RadioTimes.com, while Bryan Cranston discusses a possible cameo with the Toronto Sun. Plus, a movie that Bob Odenkirk co-wrote and stars in has been picked up by Netflix. Read on for more:
• Peter Gould teases Season 2 to RadioTimes.com, saying, "All I can say is that what we try to do – and very successfully, I think – is to make [the connection to Breaking Bad] organic. There’s absolutely some things we’ll see and I think it's probably fair to say that there’s more of that in season two than there was in season one."
• Bryan Cranston talks to the Toronto Sun about possibly reprising his role as Walt in Better Call Saul, saying, "Make it legitimate, make it an understandable brush that these two characters would have at that time. And then I’m there."
• Netflix has bought the rights to Girlfriend's Day, a movie co-written by and starring Bob Odenkirk, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
• TVWise reports that Season 2 will premiere in the U.K. on Netflix on Feb. 16, less than 24 hours after the U.S. broadcast on AMC.
