In the Kitchen With Harry Hamlin: Get Harry's Famous Fish & Sauce Recipe from Episode 5

Nothing brings people together like a home cooked meal. In this episode of In the Kitchen With Harry Hamlin, Harry and his niece, professional chef Renee Guilbault, serve up Harry’s “famous” fish and sauce to Dark Winds star Zahn McClarnon. This recipe follows a very important rule in Harry’s kitchen: keep it simple, make it delicious. Harry’s Famous Fish & Sauce  
Ingredients:  
4-5oz whitefish filets, such as halibut 
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus ¼ cup for sauce 
½ tsp  kosher salt 
Zest and juice of 1 lemon 
2-3 tablespoons capers, drained  
2 tsp Dijon mustard 
Parsley leaves, chopped 

Instructions:  
Preheat oven  to 400  degrees Fahrenheit.   
Whisk together the lemon zest, juice, capers and Dijon in a small bowl. While whisking, drizzle in the oil. Keep whisking until ingredients are combined. Hold aside for 45 minutes at room temperature.  
Next, line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Place filets on the tray with some space in between. Drizzle the filets with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cooked through.  
Slather the sauce onto the cooked fish. Garnish with parsley.
