Halt and Catch Fire Receives Peabody Award Nomination
The fourth and final season of Halt and Catch Fire has been nominated for a Peabody Award, which recognizes the most compelling and empowering stories released in electronic media during 2017.
“True to tradition, we are proud to present a rich mix of excellence in the craft of storytelling,” said Jeffrey P. Jones, executive director of Peabody. “These stories reflect important social issues and exemplify the power of diverse voices and platforms in media today.”
Thirty programs will be announced as winners over the next three weeks -- from April 12 through April 24. AMC's original series Better Call Saul was also nominated this year.
