Go Behind the Scenes of All the Callbacks in This Week’s Episode of The Walking Dead
When Maggie has to clear a bunch of walkers from an abandoned farmhouse, it makes for one hell of a stunt.
But it also provides an opportunity for callbacks to an iconic TWD scene.
"An added bonus to this scene, is that we get to call back to the pilot," says Cory Reed in a new video showing how Episode 3 was created..
But that's not the only callback in the scene.
"I'm thinking, 'OK, farmhouse, zombies,' it felt right of out Night of the Living Dead," says Executive Producer Greg Nicotero.
"I love my easter eggs, I love my little tribute moments," he continues.
