• Deadline reports that Season 2 will premiere on Monday, August 12 at 10 PM ET/ 9 PM CT, right after the debut of The Terror: Infamy.
• Syfy Wire showcases several Season 2 photos and describes Lodge 49 as "the kind of show that’s hard to describe to anyone who hasn’t yet seen it" and notes there's "definitely a slacker, Big Lebowski feel to Lodge 49’s California surfer-dude vibe."
• Indiewire names Wyatt Russell a possible Emmy contender "in a perfect world" in the category of Best Actor in a Comedy Series, for Lodge 49.
• AMC's Sarah Barnett tells Vulture that Lodge 49 is "such a unique, original gem of a show. It's a show that's a perfect expression of itself. Every single choice it's made, it's been exactly right."
• According to TV Guide, Season 2 will "pick back up with Sean 'Dud' Dudley (Wyatt Russell). As the Ancient and Benevolent Order of the Lynx is suffering under its new leadership, Dud must step up to restore the fraternal order to its former glory."
