Everybody loves Mike Erhmantraut. Jonathan Banks is a veteran of show business, and according to his Better Call Saul cast mate Joe DeRosa -- who plays the shady but well-connected vet Dr. Caldera -- Banks brings out the best in the actors around him.

"I was scared sh--less the first time I shot [with him]," DeRosa said on the latest episode of the Better Call Saul Insider Podcast. "Banks from the beginning took me under his wing, immediately pulled me into his trailer with him, consensually [Laughs], but being like, 'let's go run lines'." In short, with his years of experience, Banks is a one-man acting school.
