Behind the Scenes of Jesus and Aaron’s Sparring Sequence, Directed By The Walking Dead Star Michael CudlitzNovember 22, 2018
The spirit of Abraham lives on in this week's episode of The Walking Dead.
"To be on this side of this machine is a gift," says Michael Cudlitz, who stepped behind the camera to direct this week's episode.
That included coordinated the thrilling (friendly) fight between Jesus and Aaron.
For the fight, KNB EFX designed a prosthetic arm for Aaron that was carefully padded and crafted to not limit his motion but to also ensure that it didn't inflict any serious damage if accidentally hit.
The camera was placed on a circular track to sell certain punches and bring Cudlitz's vision to life.
Oh yeah, and Tom Payne was actually tackled off of his horse.
