For the latest episode of Bottomless Brunch with Colman, Colman was inspired to put his own spin on a contemporary classic, creating the Johnnie Walker Black Label Penicillin. For this very special celebration of Juneteenth featuring Sheila E. and Harvey Mason Jr., he takes the Penicillin and amps it up with the complexity of Johnnie Walker Black Label. So smooth, so dapper. Check out the recipe below! 
Ingredients
1.5 oz Johnny Walker Black Label
0.5 oz Ginger liqueur
0.75 oz 1:1 Honey syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Garnish: 1 slice of ginger
Recipe
Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients
Step 2: Shake hard for 5-7 seconds to mix the ingredients
Step 3: Strain and serve the mixture in a tumbler with fresh ice
Step 4: Add a slice of fresh ginger to garnish
