AMC ORIGINALS Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The AMC ORIGINALS Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) begins on or about March 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends June 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. ET (Sweepstakes Period) and is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories) who are attendees of AMC upfront agency client meetings in the US and are 21 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes start date. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and where prohibited. Sweepstakes intended for participation in the United States only, and shall be construed and evaluated only according to applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (and members of their immediate families or households) of AMC Network Entertainment LLC (Sponsor or AMC), and its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and any others associated with the production or management of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must visit the Sweepstakes entry web site www.amc.com/trip to complete an official entry form by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2018. In no event, regardless of the number of mailer(s) and/or email(s)s an individual may have received, will any entrant be permitted more than one entry. Sponsor's clock will be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible. Entries are void if obtained or submitted outside authorized channels or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging firm and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entry is limited to one (1) per person or email address, and only one name per entry is permitted. Should a dispute arise as to the identity of an entrant, the person named as the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry, will be deemed the entrant. Should multiple names be listed on the email account, the first name listed will be considered the primary account holder and, therefore, the entrant. All submissions become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged.

DRAWING, ODDS & WINNER NOTIFICATION: A random drawing to determine potential winners will be held on or about July 1, 2018. Sponsor or its agency will attempt to notify potential winners within five (5) days of the drawing date by email, using the contact information provided at time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If potential winner does not respond within the time required, or if the notification is returned, refused or undeliverable, or if potential winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason, such potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize that may have otherwise been awarded and, time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Potential winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where permitted) Publicity Release (Prize Claim Documents). If potential winner fails or refuses to complete, sign and return Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of the date of notification, he/she will be disqualified. Grand Prize Winner's travel companions must sign and return a Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. If companion is a minor, documents must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are listed in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Taxes on prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed as included are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are awarded as is, with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES: By entering, each entrant, winner and guest assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by the Sweepstakes, his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or travel, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents from and against any and all damages, including, without limitation, negligence, claims, actions and/or liability in connection therewith including personal or bodily injury, death or disability, property damage or loss or damage of any other kind. Sponsor, and its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or garbled entries. Entries will be void if mechanically reproduced, defective, altered, forged or obtained or submitted outside authorized channels, made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, facsimile, programmed or similar entry duplication method and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual using such method. Sponsor, and its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents disclaim any liability, in connection with this Sweepstakes, for damage to any computer system resulting from participation or access, or telephone, computer or network malfunction, human or other error resulting in failure to properly process entries, or printing or other errors appearing in the rules or other sweepstakes materials, or virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human or other intervention beyond Sponsor’s control. Should the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes be impaired, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes by posting notice on http://www.amctv.com/privacy and selecting winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, damage or impairing the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified.
