The cast and crew of The Walking Dead are back on the road.
It’s somewhere Abraham wanted to go — and the same is true for Showrunner Angela Kang, who says a Washington D.C. run was “something I’d been wanting to do for years.”
In a new behind-the-scenes video, the cast and crew give you a look at how they created a post-apocalyptic version of the capital.
“We’re really stepping out of our comfort zones and redressing entire city streets,” says Executive Producer Greg Nicotero.
Horses, carriages, wagons, buildings with vines growing over them — all were important ingredients to create such an intricate set.
