Cassady McClincy has been active in the performing arts since she was a child, starting out singing professionally with the Atlanta Opera. She also participated in multiple professional theater productions in the Atlanta Georgia area.
Prior to for her series regular role as Lydia on AMC’s The Walking Dead, McClincy was recurring on the television series Castle Rock as Young Beth, which is based on the stories of Stephen King. Her other television credits include Lore, Daytime Divas, Ozark, Good Behavior, and Constantine. She also had a supporting role in the feature film Love, Simon, directed by Greg Berlanti.
