Phineas only just discovered that his father plans for Pete to take over the family business and not him. With that betrayal on his shoulders, he looks ahead to what Eli has in store for his future. But will he accept?
“Eli’s ambitions are obviously large. It’s not enough that they’ll become wealthy, they have to have influence too,” explains executive producer and director, Kevin Dowling. This is exactly why Eli sets his sights on Phineas getting a job with the railroad commission, the organization that will soon be managing oil.
“Phineas’s agenda is visceral. He needs a victory, but I think he also needs validation,” explains David Wilson Barnes.
