Plexiglas was used to prevent shattering glass flying everywhere when the walkers break in, while cables and dry wall were placed on the edges to ensure the walkers could break in slowly.
The gags all came together under the direction of Lou Diamond Phillips who says, “This is extra special because I am such a fan.”
“I did kind of have to get over the whole fact that we’re being directed by a Young Gun and it’s Lou Diamond Phillips,” Lennie James jokes.
