Bottomless Brunch at Colman’s is back with a new episode featuring three special guests: Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy), Taylour Paige (Zola), and Mj Rodriguez (Pose). Colman is doing what he does best by bringing his friends together for brunch and teaching them how to make a cocktail. This time, he’s making a Zegroni.
You’ll be happy to know that similar to its cousin, the Negroni, the Zegroni cocktail gives a high-end return for very little effort.
- 1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum
- 0.75 oz Italian Vermouth
- 0.75 oz Italian Herbal Aperitif
- Orange twist, for garnish
Step 1: Combine all ingredients except orange twist in a rocks glass with ice.
Step 2: Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist.
