Kim is still coming to terms with what happened to Jimmy out in the desert. She’s seen the bruises on his body, the bullet hole in his “World’s 2nd Best Lawyer” coffee mug, and his obvious PTSD. That’s why when Lalo shows up to their home, it’s no surprise that they’re both worried for their lives. But despite her fears, or maybe because of them, Kim steps up and puts Lalo in his place.
“Jimmy and Kim are both smart enough to know the interrogation tactic that Lalo is doing and it’s not going to lead anywhere good,” Rhea Seehorn explains.
Unfortunately, Jimmy isn’t himself. “Jimmy is at the end of his rope, he’s exhausted and he’s not able to spin the way he usually does,” notes co-creator Peter Gould.
After hearing Jimmy trip over his own story about what happened a number of times, Kim steps in. Hear what else the cast and creators have to say about Kim’s showdown with Lalo in this all-new behind-the-scenes video.
