Saul Named One of Uproxx‘s 50 Best; Newsday Deems Saul, Mike Memorable

This week, Uproxx names the show one of the best on Netflix, while Newsday considers Saul and Mike to be two of the last decade’s most memorable characters. Plus, TV Overmind advises following Better Call Saul on Reddit. Read on for more:

Uproxx‘s list of the 50 best shows on Netflix includes Better Call Saul, “the most detail oriented and perhaps the smartest show on television, and one hell of an intense, suspenseful drama, which is all the more impressive because we know roughly where it will end up.”

Newsday counts Saul as one of the last decade’s most memorable characters: “One of the richest characters ever conceived on TV, who grew — literally — in reverse, from Bad to Saul.”

Newsday is also enamored of Mike: “Mike was the glue that made one series stick and its prequel stick even better. Also a very scary guy.”

TV Overmind suggests following Better Call Saul on Reddit because it’s “a community where you can talk about the show to just about anyone and get the kind of feedback you might not get from talking about it to anyone else.”

• Ireland’s RTÉ recommends watching Better Call Saul: “Even better than its predecessor, Breaking Bad, this prequel has been one of the greatest shows of the last ten years.”

PopCulture.com suggests streaming Better Call Saul on Netflix, noting, “This prequel series to Breaking Bad first debuted in 2015, and has quickly become a fan-favorite.”
