• Edgar Wright, who has been linked with a potential Marvel Ant-Man project for a while, says Pixar is not involved. His vision is “very much live action.”

• The creator of Chuck wants to do a space western for Fox. Good idea: Firefly proved how well that sort of genre works there.

• Despite its 90 percent “Fresh” rating on Rotten Tomatoes, there’s apparently quite a few things people hate about Neill Blomkamp’s District 9.
