Deadline on Night Writing Win; Tom Hiddleston Talks Playing Pine

• John le Carré and David Farr’s The Night Manager tied with The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story for the USC Libraries Scripter Award in the best adapted TV script category, according to Deadline.

• According to Digital Spy, Tom Hiddleston says, “I love playing Jonathan Pine. He’s one of the most fascinating characters I’ve ever played — four characters if you include all his different identities!”

Deadline reports that Hugh Laurie, Susanne Bier and Stephen Garrett will discuss The Night Manager next month at INTV, a TV and media conference in Jerusalem.
