Ever wondered how the cast of Into the Badlands trains for their epic fight scenes? In this new 360° virtual reality video, you can go inside the gym to experience what it’s like to train with the cast and crew. In the video below, get an up-close-and-personal view of Aramis Knight (M.K.) and Ally Ioannides (Tilda) as they learn new badass choreography. As you move the camera angle to look around the gym, you will also see the two actors “watching themselves” alongside martial arts expert Daniel Wu (Sunny), who offers tips on how to improve their skills.
For an even more intense experience, try “Fight Camp” with VR. To get started, you’ll need the Youtube App on your mobile device and a Google Cardboard. Once you have both, enter the “Virtual Reality Fight Camp” experience in the Youtube App, tap the Cardboard icon, insert your phone into Cardboard and let Daniel Wu guide you through a typical fight training exercise with the cast.
Want even more VR experiences from AMC? You can test your survival skills in a herd of walkers in Surrounded: The Walking Dead 360° Experience, directed by The Walking Dead Executive Producer and Director Greg Nicotero, and experience what it’s like to be eaten by walkers in “Feast,” also directed by Nicotero.
