Variety reports that Rubén Blades will be the subject of a documentary called Rubén Blades Is Not My Name that will be produced by Abner Benaim’s Apertura Films and Gema Juarez Allen’s Gema Films.

• Lincoln Castellanos, who appeared on ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat and will be on CBS’ Code Black later this month tells The Desert Sun, “Neither of the roles are anything like Tobias, so it was great to be invited to these shows and play small but very cool and fun parts.”

CarterMatt wonders whether Fear the Walking Dead is “destined to deliver more big ratings and carry the legacy of Robert Kirkman’s work further.”

Variety talks to Cliff Curtis, who says that returning to New Zealand to tell local stories “keeps me sane, it sort of grounds me and gives me a sense of purpose.”

International Business Times checks out Part 5 of Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462, observing, “The passengers are about to complete their journey when things on the ground and in the air take a turn for the worse.”
