Bryan Cranston Wins Television Critics Award

Breaking Bad‘s Emmy-winning star can now add another plaudit to his resume: The Television Critics Association honored him with the Outstanding Achievement in Drama award during a ceremony at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena Saturday night.

Bryan beat out fellow nominees Glenn Close (Damages), Hugh Laurie (House), Walton Groggins (The Shield) and AMC’s own Jon Hamm (Mad Men) for the award.

AMC’s sister show, Mad Men, received top honors as well, taking home the Outstanding Achievement in Drama award, for which Breaking Bad was also nominated.
