Breaking Bad‘s Emmy-winning editor Lynne Willingham received an Eddie for the best one-hour series for commercial television on Feb. 15 at the American Cinema Editors awards ceremony in Los Angeles.

Willingham, whose work on the pilot episode won her an Emmy in September, beat out Boston Legal‘s Craig Bench and Law & Order: SVU’s Karen Stern for the prestigious award.

Season 1’s pilot episode, for which Ms. Willingham was once again awarded, has been hailed by Time Magazine as one of the best hours of television of the year, and last week received a WGA award as the best episodic drama of the year.
