SVP, Global Sales & Marketing
Global Logistics Firm
As leading integrator and competence center of customer management, we do not rely on concepts from the past and deceptively obvious answers. Providing fresh and breakthrough ideas and helping our clients successfully master their challenges is a relentless quest to which we commit with our research. The primary purpose is to undertake original research and develop substantive points of view in the emerging domain of strategic customer management; results which can ultimately be turned into actionable knowledge. To bridge the gap between knowledge generation and practical application, we venture off the beaten path, exploring customer management issues from multiple, interdisciplinary angles and with different methods and instruments, including research consortia, conferences, case studies, and surveys.
