Prof. Christoph Senn
Founder & CEO
Dr. Christoph Senn is Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, New York, Senior Lecturer at the Research Institute for International Management, University of St. Gallen, and Founding Partner and Chairman of the Account Management Center. Dr. Senn is author of numerous articles and case studies on Strategic and Global Account Management. His work has been published in Journal of Business Strategy, Harvard Business Manager, Wall Street Journal and others. Prior to these engagements, Dr. Senn served as global sales and marketing director in a global manufacturing company where he also successfully designed and implemented a global account program.
Lisa Napolitano
VP Education & Business Development
Lisa Napolitano has spent her career assisting firms in developing organizational and individual competencies required to effectively manage strategic customers. As VP Business Development, she brings that expertise to bear on AMC’s clients through direct engagement as well as the ongoing development of AMC’s consulting tools and processes. Lisa Napolitano was from 1991-2006 the President and CEO of the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) in Chicago. A prolific author and speaker on customer management, she holds a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and a Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Southampton Institute, U.K.
Axel Thoma
VP Research & Product Development
Axel Thoma has helped dozens of Fortune 1000 companies formulate customer management strategies and implement and optimize their programs accordingly through the design of related processes, structures, and systems, and the development of tailored in-house trainings. He regularly conducts research study projects together with leading universities and institutions. Before joining AMC, Axel Thoma worked as research associate at the University of St. Gallen, as senior consultant with Ernst & Young in Manila, and as market researcher for Edmondson/Quest Business Group in Austin, Texas. He has written a doctoral thesis on customer management, holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of St. Gallen, and has completed post-graduate studies at IIM Ahmedabad and AIM Manila.
